We Invest in Your Growth: We regularly hire trainers, run the internal Vesper Academy, and provide coaching to sharpen your pitch, negotiation, and closing techniques.
What you will bring
Full-Cycle Sales: Own the end-to-end sales process, running 12+ high-impact demos per week and converting prospects into paying customers.
Strategic Targeting: Work closely with SDRs to refine messaging, target high-value accounts, and optimize our approach to maximize conversions.
Closing Deals: Design the right subscription packages, navigate complex negotiations, and secure high-value contracts with key decision-makers.
Growing Our Market Share: You’ll have the freedom to work across our Ideal Customer Profile, targeting FMCG and food companies worldwide.
