How we hire

This is the typical flow. We keep it flexible where the role requires it. Real conversations, straight answers, and honest feedback on both sides. Here’s what to expect.

Take the first step

Send us your CV and a short note on who you are, what drives you, and why this role makes sense for you right now. We read the person more than the title. Show us what you care about.

Let's talk

A conversation between you and one of our recruiters. You’ll get a straight picture of how we work, what the role actually looks like day-to-day, and what good performance looks like in the first six months. We’ll cover the practical things too, like start dates and visa questions where relevant. Come with questions. This is a two-way conversation from the start.

Meet the team

You’ll meet the team lead and at least one future teammate. We talk about how you think through problems, how you work with others, and what ownership looks like in practice. No prepared answers expected on either side.

Deep dive

Depending on the role, this is a case study, a practical assignment, or a deep conversation about your area of expertise. We’re not scoring perfect slides or rehearsed answers. We want to see how you think under a real brief and how you make a call when the answer isn’t obvious.

Welcome aboard

If it’s a strong match, we make it official. You’ll get a clear offer and a full walkthrough of what’s in it. Take the time to ask whatever you need before you sign. When you’re in, you’re fully in.
